Individualized fitness workout. Learners work one on one with a certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, balance and fitness.

Class experience

Improve strength, flexibilty, balance and coordination
This class is taught by a Certified Pilates Instructor and Physical Therapist. I have years of experience working with ages 3 and up to high school. I work with athletes including dancers, runners and kids who have injuries or limitations. Please reach out with any questions!
Homework Offered
2-3 exercises or goals will be given to the learners to work on each week. These will be built upon each week.
Assessments Offered
There will be no formal assessments, but there will be on going informal assessment in order to advance the learner to their fitness goals.
Grades Offered
This class is for all levels and can be all ages. If your learner has special needs let me know.
