Private Pilates sessions focused on the needs of the enrolled learner. We will work on core strength, core control, flexibility, balance, coordination and posture in this fitness class. Doctorate in Physical Therapy -Cleveland State University BA in Dance and History - Connecticut College Certified Pilates Instructor - Polestar Pilates The instructor for this class is a certified Pilates instructor and has over 15 years of teaching dance and Pilates to children. She is also a licensed physical therapist.
