One month of weekly private piano lessons, paced appropriately for each student.

Using the Faber Piano Adventures series, we will go through lesson and theory books that are appropriate for the student’s age and experience. In addition, the student will learn music theory, how to read music, how to play and identify major and minor scales, major and minor chords, as well as piano technique and artistry. If there are songs the student likes and wants to learn, we can explore music that isn’t in the books. No experience necessary; beginning and intermediate students welcome! Let’s enjoy music together! Monthly option makes it easy for charter schools to bill per month, rather than the entire semester or school year. There will typically be four lessons per month, depending on the number of weeks that your lesson day takes place. School breaks and vacations may also vary the amount of lessons per month, but make-up lessons can be offered.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I teach private (1:1) piano and voice lessons so we can move at your pace.
I’ve been teaching and performing professionally since 1997 and am a graduate of the acclaimed Citrus Singers at Citrus College. Continued education includes certifications in MDH Breathing Coordination, Foundations of Manual Therapy for Voice and Swallowing Disorders, and Practical Voice Science from San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
