~Give yourself the lifelong gift of music~ + Private lessons for beginner and intermediate students* + Spring and Winter Virtual Recitals that give students invaluable experience in public speaking and performance + Optional Music game days where students get together and reinforce their skills through fun games and exercises + Lessons encompass Classical Piano, Music Theory, Music History and Ear Training instruction + Each lesson is customized to the students needs and interests, while...
Students will be taught: + proper posture, finger numbers + how to read sheet music in bass and treble clefs + how to play and read basic and complex rhythms + how to play scales, chords, and arpeggios + music history: bringing the music to life! + music theory: why we do what we do! + to play their favourite songs!
I will assign homework that will reinforce the concepts we review in class. If necessary I will also send notes about what the student should practice between lessons
Either I can supply sheet music and learning materials, or they can be provided by the learner
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
