Class experience
This piano class will be completely personalized to help student arise interest and enjoy playing the piano. Songs choice will be based on students' interests and preferences, from classical to pop music. The methods that will be used varies depending on the student's strength and foundation. Some students learn better by listening, singing, or imitating, some students learn by reading notes, counting beats, analyzing the structures. Mandy Lai - Piano teacher Miss Lai has over 12 years of piano playing experience, completed grade ten piano and completed ARCT level of harmony and ARCT level of history. She has been teaching private piano lessons for 2-3 years and got distinction certification for her students who completed up to RCM grade 8 piano. Miss Lai has demonstrated the ability to work independently, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. She wants her students to enjoy the lesson with positive learning attitudes, engagement and motivation. Giving positive feedback and reflection at the end of each lesson will help her students to develop improvements.
3 files available upon enrollmentChildren will need to have access to a piano or keyboard. Please set up the camera on the side facing the child and the keys on the piano so the teacher can see. Please also print out the provided music scores before class. Lesson books may be required to purchase.
