Description
Class Experience
We will be covering guitar 101. How to hold the guitar, how to hold your pick, introduction to exercises and chords. Practice more chords and transitioning between multiple chords Finger exercise week and introduction to scales The famed pentatonic scale! This scale is used by countless musicians to play blues, rock and roll, and hard rock. This class will be an interactive class where we will be playing and practicing these lessons live. I will be instructing students while they practice...
This class is taught in English.
To give the student a really solid foundation on which to build their guitar skills. This course is designed for brand new players, but it can be advanced along if a student already has some prior knowledge of the guitar.
The only homework assigned will be to practice what was taught in the previous lesson.
Any type of guitar that is pre-tuned and has all strings intact. If you do not have a physical tuner, there are tons of free apps that have a tuner function. That is what I use to tune my guitars. A guitar pick is also suggested, but not needed.
