Private, One-On-One Computer Classes -Great for Homeschool Students

In this ongoing one-on-one class, we will go over basic computer skills. Because this is a private class, topics taught will be those that are traditionally included in elementary computer class and as requested by parents/students. This can include:

Using Microsoft word, Powerpoint, excel, publisher, etc.
Using Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drawing, etc.
Creating a website to showcase work for school, projects, hobbies, business, etc.
Using a browser
Using Email
Productivity tips-Making technology work for you
Understanding cloud storage and its benefits
Using Canva to create posters, planner pages, and printables
And more!

The benefit of having one-on-one instruction is the freedom to work as long and in-depth in a specific topic as desired. If you want to focus on Google docs for as long as it takes to feel proficient, then we can do that! Want to just learn the basics of each program/app and take a single week for each one? We can do that too!

My desire is to make students feel competent in their computer skills and feel that they can make technology work for them (instead of the other way around!)

This class is great for students who do not receive computer classes from school or would like to supplement their classes. Homeschoolers and students whose computer class has been cut from their school will benefit from this course!
