Class experience

This class is taught in English.
Learning goals will be on an individual basis.
All Seckman Music Studio teachers are instructors for this course.

Zach Seckman: Seckman Music Studio owner and lead instructor, has been teaching since 2011 and currently has 30 students in his private teaching studio in the Mid-West. Seckman's growth and success is due to his high-energy, fun-fill approach to lessons. No boring music learning when you're with Zach. In 2017, Mr. Seckman graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Music Education.

Seth Boles: I'm a mostly self-taught musician, but I've devoted a majority of my free time over the last 3 years to studying music as a form of expression. Music lets people say things that they sometimes don't have the words for, and creating music as an emotional outlet is life changing. I mainly play guitar and bass guitar, and I have a solid understanding of the piano. At Seckman Music, I teach Guitar, Bass Guitar, Ukulele, and beginner piano!

Maia Johnson: Bio coming soon!
Students should have at least a 1-inch binder to hold lesson materials and notebook paper, along with pencils, and highlighters for making music. We will discuss books and other materials the student should have for their lessons. These materials will be assigned on a case-by-case basis. Materials assigned will be at an additional cost to the families, but most will be low-cost, or free.
Parents of elementary aged kids can be present with the child during their lesson, but it is not required. Each lesson is archived via OutSchool and can be shared to the section website so you may go back and review them.
