Class Experience

A mentor is an experienced individual who is there to provide guidance and support in any number of ways and situations, including academics, sports, and life skills. Parents around the world agree that most successful people credit mentors as key contributors to their success. This course been very successful for many students around the world! 

In this mentorship course students will have a certified life coach and professional athlete in their corner to help support their academic journey and any other goals! This course will help empower students to become autonomous learners and agents of their own change. Students need someone to demonstrate an understanding of their aspirations and fears, and support their success by advocating for their best interests.

Each Week:
Classes are individually customized for each student. Based on their efforts, goals, and progression.

Class Structure: This will vary based on each individual student. Please see below for an example

Week 1: Introduction Week

We will get to know one another and share some fun facts. We will discuss various goals that we want to achieve and write them down.

Week 2: Ear to listen

Student may express anything that bothers them or they find difficult. We will discuss ways to manage these situations and how we can overcome these hurdles

Week 3: Goals

We will create an action plan to attack each goal. We will discuss a reasonable timeline for these and set out the best option to achieve them!

Week 4: Progression/Accountability

We will discuss our weekly progression towards our goals. We will go through what we have learned through practicing our plan of actions. Students will be held accountable and expected to try their best to achieve the goals they have listed.


* Increase self confidence, procrastination, or change eating habits 

* Strengthen communication skills both in sports and personal life 

* Discipline as student and an athlete  

* How to handle and receive constructive criticism 

* How to be independent 

* Increase confidence and how to believe in yourself, taking initiative, etc.  

* Overall reaching full potential!
