Description

Class Experience

In this on-time course, we can explore any math-related subject matter agreed upon by the parents and teacher. Please send an email directly to the teacher outlining the specifics of what you would like covered, or what skills your child is lacking. The teacher will then craft a lesson ideally for your child in order to target the needed skill. Alternatively, you may choose to use this time to work on a given assignment, which should also be emailed to the teacher prior to class time.

Students will improve upon a predetermined skill with focused, one-on-one attention.

No formal homework is assigned. If the parent would like additional practice given, please specify prior to the class time.

Materials will be discussed prior to the meeting between the teacher and parent.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Students will be assessed by the teacher through observation. Feedback will be written and sent to parents after class concludes which will include achieved goals and suggested next steps.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
