Description

Class Experience

This is a one-on-one math tutoring class for ages 9 through 16. As a previous high school math teacher, I have worked with high school students and have seen the benefits of students receiving individualized support with a math topic. As an Outschool teacher, I have also worked with younger students that wish to explore different methods of solving math problems. This class is taught in English.

The student will learn an individual math skill based on their current needs.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. I have taught math to students as a high school math teacher in the public school system as well as younger students in elementary and middle-school through the Outschool online platform.

Please provide (upload) homework problems, worksheets, or example problems at least two days before the class so that I can prepare and have an idea of what the student needs help with.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
