In this course, learners will receive one-to-one, private tutoring based on their learning needs.
Class experience
The math content covered in this course will be based on student need. For ongoing tutoring, the first session will consist of a formal diagnostic to assess learning for the purpose of identifying learner strengths and weaknesses. If there is a particular concept that the learner needs help with, the parent or student should share the information that they need to learn or review at least 2 days prior to the tutoring session. Learners will be engaged in one-on-one instruction to achieve their academic or personal learning goals. Learners will become more confident about their knowledge in mathematics.
Hello! I am teacher Monica and I will be offering classes to learn and retain fundamental math skills; and help you understand the language of letters and numbers.... Algebra! I also offer classes to develop foundational skills through fun activities. I am a certified math educator for grades 4-12. I have served learners nationwide and internationally. My expertise has been developed through 14 years of experience in public education and serving as a math coach. I have taught online classes for over 2 years.
