Class Experience

This is an ongoing, weekly class for one-on-one lessons on either the Clarinet or Saxophone (including Bass Clarinet and Alto, Tenor or Bari Saxophone).

All levels are welcome!

In each lesson, we will discuss topics pertaining to the instrument and learn to play the instrument to the best of the learner's ability. I have a vast musical knowledge regarding the clarinet and saxophone. I have learned from some of the best performers and music educators in music. I enjoy passing this knowledge on to those who I teach and I try to make it fun!
Each lesson will be personalized to the needs and goals of the learner. Music will be assigned as necessary and method books will be assigned based on the level of the learner. Learners are encouraged to bring in music that they enjoy and any music that is assigned in any ensembles they participate in.
My lessons focus on the classical style of playing. Jazz techniques can be taught if a student requests it.
Students are asked to come to the lesson prepared with their instrument, pencil, music stand, and assigned music ready to go.
Learning Goals
Each lesson will be catered to the ability level of the learner. Students should see improvement in their playing and in their confidence as a musician with each lesson.
