Class Experience
Bienvenue! Welcome to my classroom! It would be my absolute pleasure to tutor your student in any capacity possible. I have well over two decades of teaching experience and I am a native French speaker. I am a certified French Immersion teacher in Canada and have been a classroom teacher for my local school board for over 21 years. This class is taught in French.
- We will be working on: -Grammar -Vocabulary -Listening skills -Comprehension skills -Overall confidence when learning a new language and self expression in that language. My goal for learners is to engage in communication as much as they are comfortable with. Active participation in the lesson is always encouraged, this is a safe, stress-free environment!
I received my B.A. and B.Ed. From Queen’s University in 2000. I’ve also received my Honour Specialist qualifications from Queen’s. I have been a French Immersion Teacher for my local school board for over 20 years. I am very passionate about the French language and culture. Born and raised in Montréal Canada, I am a native French speaker. I strive to make learning fun!
