Coursework is based off of your child's previous knowledge of the English language. Before our first meeting please send us a message so we can discuss what level your student is currently at and what their goals are so that we can work together to achieve them! Below are some examples of things we can work on. **If you are interested in having your child progress through a certain curriculum please send us a message, we are happy to accommodate reasonable requests. 🌟 Weekly Lesson Topics Are Based On Your Child's Level Of English And Interests. Possible Topics Include But Are Not Limited To The Following: 1) Learning to count 2) Learning the alphabet 3) Greetings & Introductions 4) Colors 5) Personal pronouns (I, you, he, she, they, we, you all) 6) Plural Nouns 7) Subject-Verb Agreement 8) Age-Appropriate Vocabulary (animals, food, family, days of the week, weather etc.). 9) Present Tense 10) Present Continuous tense 11) Past tense 12) Future Tense 13) Common English Expressions 14) Phonic Skills 15) Reading Skills (phonics, encoding, decoding) 16) Writing Skills 17) Speaking Skills 18) Auditory & Reading Comprehension Skills 19) Improving Fluency I am open to any suggestions and as I learn more about your child I am happy to incorporate their specific interests into our lessons so that they continue to be excited about learning the English language.

Any worksheets and supplies will be posted in the classroom portal before class starts. If your family does not have access to a printer please let us know so we can make accommodations. Depending on how quickly the students go through the material we may have time to do some additional exercises to practice new vocabulary and concepts. Please have your student bring a piece of paper and something to write/draw with to each class. If time allows we will use these materials to continue practicing the new words. It is also highly suggested that your child create an English folder where they can house all completed worksheets and activities in one place. Students should come prepared to speak English, interact with their classmates, and have fun! If there are any additional supplies I will list them in the classroom section before the class begins.
