Class experience
Students will receive 1:1 sessions covering either material that will be provided for them or anything that they need help with from their in-school music curriculum. They will learn the basic fundamentals of the instrument by learning how to assemble it, create sound, note fingerings, rhythm, and performance. I was selected as a J. William Fulbright Scholar in Portugal to study clarinet clarinet performance and orchestral conducting. I received a Master’s degree in Clarinet Performance at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and degrees in European History and Music at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. I received my "prix de perfectionnement" at the Conservatoire de Versailles with Philippe Cuper and my diploma in orchestral conducting at École Normale de Musique - Alfred Cortot with Dominique Rouits and Julien Masmondet.
