Description

Class Experience

This is a private chess lesson for beginner and intermediate players. During the lesson, you will have the option of reviewing games (please bring the notation for a game you have recently played), learning openings, doing chess puzzles, or learning new tactics and endgames. We can also play games together against the computer and learn new things as we go. I am able to teach complete beginners up to players rated under 1000.

I have been teaching chess professional for over a year. I am a competitive chess player and run Lifelong Chess Academy.

Students should create an account on chess.com before the lesson begins.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Chess.com

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
