Class Experience
In this private one on one art class students will learn lasting art skills that will forever change the way they observe the world around them. Your child will see improvement in their art skills pertaining to drawing, painting, color theory, and art history. This class is designed around your child’s artistic goals whether they are a beginner or an experienced artist. Here are some topics we can cover: Introduction to drawing Still life drawing Still life painting(acrylic, oil, watercolor) Portrait drawing Portrait painting(acrylic,oil,watercolor) Figure drawing Figure painting(acrylic, oil, watercolor) Landscape painting (acrylic, oil, watercolor) Drawing or painting animals Colored pencil drawing Charcoal drawing And many more… The first class will begin with a short introduction and the learner will be encouraged to share their artistic goals and previous artwork. A personalized curriculum will be created based on their skill level.

The learning goals will be determined by the artistic goals of the student. I will help your child determine those goals if they need some assistance.

Supply List
We can work with whatever you have at home but I can suggest specific materials if you need help. For the first class please have paper, pencil, eraser, and a blending tool( q-tip, paper napkin, or blending stub)

Hello to all! My name is Paulina Reynoso, and I am a devoted artist. I have taught multiple students from grades K -12 in privatized lessons, and I have led open discussions at my previous college. I was the Vice President of the student body and the student representative for the art department where I contributed in efforts towards commissioning art on campus.
I have been a proud nanny for years and I am excited to combine my knowledge of the arts with my knowledge of childcare and development onto this platform. I believe that everyone has the capability to be the artist they aspire to be, and I will be the instructor that develops those dreams towards reality. There are no limitations or lack of materials that will hinder the knowledge I provide. The concepts and practicality of my courses will guide your child throughout their future artistic endeavors.
The classes I teach offer instruction for different skill levels and age groups to ensure that everybody has access to the class that best suites them. I hold one-time-classes, weekly classes, and semester-long classes to fit all busy schedules. I incorporate art history with multiple references into all my classes to add context to the style and development of certain practices. The classes I teach will include, but are not limited to:
Beginner - Intermediate Still Life Drawing, Beginner-Intermediate Drawing, Beginner-Intermediate Colored Pencil Drawing, Beginner-Intermediate Acrylic Painting, Beginner-Intermediate Oil Painting, Beginner-Intermediate Charcoal Drawing, Beginner-Intermediate Figure Drawing, Introduction to Pro-Create, Introduction to Adobe Photoshop and many more.
