AP Environmental Science (or APES, as I affectionately call it) is a wonderful, interdisciplinary, fascinating, relevant, and challenging course! This class is a chance for your student to get a full hour of tutoring on any subject. We can also practice writing FRQs (free response questions) or other test-taking strategies. I got a 5 when I took AP Environmental and loved the class so much that I got two degrees and came back to teach it! I strive to make the material engaging, clear, and relevant to your student's life. The national pass rate for AP Environmental is around 45-50% depending on the year. I pride myself in preparing my students thoroughly and close to 80% of my students pass, many of whom get a 4 or 5.
