Description

Class Experience

In this trial class, students will get to know me as a teacher/tutor and my style of teaching.  This is a preview of classes that will be specifically designed for individual students upon enrollment in my ongoing private tutoring classes.  

During this class, we will:
- play a get-to-know-each-other game
- define student and teacher/tutor expectations
- discuss future times and dates for tutoring
- establish feedback and homework expectations
- No new information will be taught in this...

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Raz-Kids

20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Raz-Kids is a website/app that offers leveled readers and quizzes to elementary-aged readers that I will use during our private tutoring classes.  A subscription is NOT required for private tutoring, however you will need to download the app.  I will provide the log in information once private tutoring is established.
