Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree from University Of North Florida
Hello Outschool families! My name is Mrs. Christine and I want to welcome you to my classroom! I am so excited to be a part of your learner's experiences on Outschool and look forward to meeting them.
Here is a little about me:
I live in Florida (EST) and have a degree from the University of North Florida, a TESOL Certification, and I homeschooled our daughter for over 14 years.
I have taught many homeschool in-person classes in subjects like reading, writing, science, history, math, and art. I’ve taught children from elementary through high school.
I have also taught over 7,000 online ELA (English Language Arts) and ESL (English as a Second Language) courses over the last 7 years to students all over the world and I absolutely love it! I have taught students in 28 countries spread over 5 continents. My favorite things about teaching online are the relationships that I have been able to have with my students and their families and the improvements my students have been able to make.
I have been married for almost 25 years and we have one daughter in college and two cute miniature schnauzers. I spend a lot of my free time playing and snuggling with them. When we aren't playing with the pups, my family and I enjoy traveling.
I have taught over 2,500 individual classes on Outschool and currently teach ongoing private lessons. Please contact me if you would like to schedule a private 1:1 class or if you don't see a day and time listed that works for you.
I hope to see your learner in the classroom!
Mrs. Christine 💛
