Hello Everyone!

I'm excited to introduce myself as an experienced educator with a strong focus on Early Childhood and Childhood Education. With nine years of teaching expertise, I hold a Bachelor of Art degree with a concentration in Psychology, as well as a Master's of Science in Childhood Education. Additionally, I pursued a Master's Extension in Early Childhood Education and Dual Language Education. My qualifications include New York State Teaching Certificates in Childhood Education, Early Childhood Education, and Dual Language Education.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching in various settings, including traditional classrooms, 1-1 tutoring, and online instruction. I take great joy in helping students achieve academic success across all subjects. My areas of expertise lie in teaching reading and providing reading intervention services. I am equally passionate about writing and enjoy sharing my love for it with my students.

On Outschool, my classes revolve around Literacy and Early Childhood Education. One of my most sought-after classes is 1-1 tutoring for beginning and struggling readers. Additionally, I offer private tutoring sessions for students who require assistance with reading comprehension, discussing literary elements, writing skills, and spelling. I recently introduced a class designed to prepare Pre-Kindergarten students for Kindergarten, which can be taken either in a group or private setting.

I firmly believe that every child possesses an innate curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. By providing differentiated and engaging classes that cater to the emotional, cognitive, and social needs of my students, I consistently achieve positive results. Witnessing my students' accomplishments and observing their progress is incredibly fulfilling for both them and me.

During my free time, I indulge in activities such as writing, drawing, and singing. I find solace in nature, particularly while watching breathtaking sunsets, and I cherish moments spent playing with my dog, Charlie.

I am eagerly looking forward to meeting you and your little learner. Together, we will embark on an exciting educational journey!
