Please reach out to me via message to discuss the best schedule for your student. *** 2 Learner minimum required for group instruction Lesson times can be adjusted based on 30, 45 or 60 minute classes at .65cents/min Classes can be customized to; - Students wanting to present questions to the teacher about their French school homework. - Students needing to review activities that they are currently working on outside of Outschool. - Students with no prior exposure to French who are wishing to begin learning a second language in a private class setting. Sessions can include but are not limited to: supplemental homework activities, reading stories or texts, listening to audio or video clips, practicing conversational skills, modeling conversations. If a student does not have current work or questions, the teacher can present new topics and work on improving their language fluency based on their current level.

A lined notebook or easy access online document to add vocabulary, verb conjugation and sentence structures. A binder/folder to keep print out of worksheets or powerpoint files

Non-US Teaching Certificate in English to Speakers of Other Languages
Teacher Monique (Madame Monique), spent 15 years teaching English & French around the world. She has taught/lived in 8 different countries and has traveled to over 40 countries.
While overseas she taught children ages 2-16 in private, charter & international schools. Additionally, she helped prepare college/university students working towards their entrance exams and taught adults needing business and conversational English for their workplace.
In 2015 she returned to her home country of Canada and soon after started teaching with two online ESL companies based in China.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master of Arts in Criminology as well as TEFL and CELTA certificates for ESL learners.
She has dual citizenship with France, grew up in a French speaking household and attended French Immersion from preK to Grade 12. She is a Native Bilingual Speaker.
Before working in the field of education, she worked in Customs & Immigration and Youth Corrections/Youth Probation.
She is a mom to a 14yr old boy who has level 2 autism and a rare epileptic disorder. She spends a majority of her time dedicated to special needs and inclusion advocacy and is very adaptable, patient and welcoming to all learners.
