Class experience
US Grade Kindergarten - 5
Private, weekly 1:1 English tuition with a qualified primary school teacher. In these 1:1 sessions, we will focus on the areas of English your child needs help with. This could be reading, phonics, reading comprehension, writing, spelling, grammar, or a mixture of these things. Alternatively, we could focus on a broad English curriculum for your child's age or level. In the first lesson we will work on various tasks based on the age of your child (or a level you have told me they are at)...
The learning goals will focus on the area of English that we are working on.
I am a qualified teacher for children aged 5-11. I have a Masters degree in inclusive education focusing on dyslexia.
Homework Offered
Homework will be provided after each class depending on the parent wishes and the subject we are working on.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
I offer an optional parent teacher meeting through zoom every 12 weeks (free of charge and in the same meeting as your child's class either before or after their main class) I will post in the classroom after every class with a brief outline of what we did that day and how your child got on.Grades Offered
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
