This (private ongoing) one-on-one tutoring class is designed to provide homework assistance, test preparation, or work on advanced skills. Each session is designed to improve the learner's confidence to assist them in the mastery of concepts in Geometry. Your child may have been impacted by the changes in educational delivery which resulted in learning delays or gaps that make it difficult to keep up in class. My passion is to identify problem areas and provide simplistic instruction...
Students will learn how key concepts in writing geometry proofs, solving for angles, and related problems typical in Geometry.
My qualifications include: (1) doctorate in Cell Physiology and Molecular Biophysics (Math-based sciences), (2) 1-year of tutoring experience with middle to high school math, and (3) 1-year ACT Math prep experience. Experience working with students with executive function issues.
