Pour yourself a cup of tea in your favourite teacup, or mug and join us for a Princess Tea Party! Class will begin with introductions and allow students to share their drink and favourite princess character. We will then move to a story or poem about Princesses while students enjoy their tea. We will talk about a basic history of tea, and the different kinds we know. Students will be encouraged to share their knowledge and opinions on both tea and princesses. Princess dresses or tea party attire are encouraged but not required!

I am an Ontario certified Teacher with 10 years of classroom experience in the public school setting, and over 20 years of experience in various childcare settings.
I am qualified to teach Science, Math, Language Arts and Social Studies - with an additional qualification, and specialization in Kindergarten.
I believe in providing young learners with the opportunity to make connections between the material being taught and their own lived experiences.
I focus on Empathy and Emotional Intelligence in my lessons and provide well rounded classes (academic + creativity + social)
I am passionate about learner development - and my own University experience which has a strong focus on social and academic development is evident in all of my classes.
