Class experience
Calling all princesses! Princesses like to stay energetic and healthy - and that's what this class is all about! In this princess-themed workout class, learners will engage in cardio & strength exercises along with stretches/yoga poses. A combination of all these will assist in developing body awareness, gross and fine motor skills, coordination, flexibility and balance. I am an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer with experience in Plyoga as well as training in Small Group Training and Long-Term Athletic Development in Youth.
Exercise/Yoga Mat (we'll be mostly working on the floor) Safe Space to Move Around In Water Bottle (for water breaks) Comfortable Clothes to Move In (princess outfits encouraged, but not required) *If wearing princess dresses, please wear shorts underneath. Thank you!

All exercises will be age-appropriate and taught by a certified personal trainer. However, please be close by for learners to reach out should they feel faint/dizzy, excessively tired, or injured.
