Does your child love a good princess meets prince story? Or are they a bit shy at wearing their glasses? Through the use of storytelling and fun, students will love putting on their glasses for this interactive class. During the read aloud, we will pause and “act out” different scenes of the story. Once finished with the story, students will have a chance to share aloud one special thing about their own pair of glasses (real or fake). We will conclude with a tea party and snacks. Learning Objectives: Students will listen to the Princess Peepers Story, by Pam Calvert Students will “act out” different scenes. Students will share their favorite pair of glasses. Students will activity listen to others. Students will review optional homework activity. Students will have tea and snacks. Supplies: A pair of glasses or sunglasses (real or fake) If comfortable, be prepared to tell one thing about your glasses. Optional: prince or princess attire Optional: beverage filled teacups and a light snack. *Please note that each class has a posted minimum. All classes that do not meet the minimum within 24 hours of the class might be canceled. For live meetings, Ms. Kelli will wait for 10 minutes in the classroom.
