If you love princesses and shaking out your wiggles, then this is the class for you! Come join me to dance and exercise to your favorite princess music every week in this fun music and movement class! (See below for princess schedule) We will be doing fun, high energy, simple moves that are easy to follow along with and get your preschooler up on their feet and get their wiggles out! In addition to fun dance moves, we will use our 8 locomotor skills (hop, skip, run, etc) and play some fun movement games too. We’ll also do a quick cool down at the end of each class. If time allows, we *may* have a chance to *briefly* talk about our favorite princesses, our favorite songs/characters from the weekly movie, or other fun princess topics. The focus of the class, however, will be on getting up and moving together! Students are welcome to dress up in princess attire! However it is not required. Just make sure to wear something comfortable that you can move in! ***Please be aware that I will NOT be dressing up as the highlighted princess each week. We will simply be dancing to the music. There will also be fun backgrounds inspired by the weekly princess. Other Details
Parental Guidance
Students need an open space to move around in, as well as clothing they can move in. I also recommend having a water bottle on hand.
Supply List
No supplies needed. Just be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Princess clothes/dresses are welcome!!
