Description
Class Experience
In addition to my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, I have a Minor in Dance and have been dancing for 25 years.
Ballet shoes or bare feet required. Please dress in fitted but comfortable clothing. A barre, back of a chair, or other object to hold for balance will be helpful.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Ballet, including stretching, can come with the risk of slips, falls, and other accidents. Parental supervision is recommended.
