Once upon a time, in a wonderful dancing land, there was a dance class hosted by a royal princess! Each magical day, your little princess will practice ballet movement and technique, learn a dance to a favorite Princess song, and share what she loves about the Princess of the day! Each class begins with sharing what we love about the Princess of the day! We will then move into a warm up and stretch on the floor. Next we will stand up and begin across the floor and center floor where we will learn ballet dance movement and terminology. We will end class with a ballet dance fit for a princess! As always, if there is time, we will play a Princess themed game or Freeze dance. *Schedule will continuously cycle back to the beginning after completion.* Week of Jan. 7: "Let it Go" Week of Jan. 14: "Into the Unknown" Week of Jan. 21: "Lead the Way" Week of Jan. 28: "When Will My Life Begin" Week of Feb. 4: "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" Week of Feb. 11: "Part of Your World" Week of Feb. 18: "Make Them Proud" Week of Feb. 25: "How Far I'll Go" Week of March 3: "A Whole New World" Week of March 10: "Reflection" Week of March 17: "Beauty and the Beast" Week of March 24: "Touch the Sky" Week of March 31: "Rise and Shine" Week of April 7: "Once Upon a Dream" Week of April 14: "Colors of the Wind" Week of April 21: "Almost There" Week of April 28: "Someday My Prince will Come" Week of May 5: "Zero to Hero"

Parental Guidance
Please create a space that is open and large enough for your dancer to move, dance, jump and glide without bumping into things. Learners should wear comfortable clothing that they can easily move in. Ballet or Princess attire is encourage, but not required. Learners should either wear ballet shoes or have bare feet. Please no socks, as dancers can easily slip while wearing them. Dancers may have a water bottle nearby, and take a sip when needed. Please help your learner know how to mute and unmute themselves. There could be times during the class when this skill is needed.
