Do you have a Science Fair Project coming up, and you don't even know where to start? Are you at a loss on how to complete your project? Do you need help understanding the elements of a Science Fair Project? Get personal 1-on-1 Tutoring and help with your Science Fair project. I can help you pick a topic, create a timeline to completion, focus your research, guide you through your experiments and the building of your display, and help you with your report and presentation. What can't I do? I cannot do your project for you! As a professional tutor, my job is to help with focus, provide guidance, answer questions, and assist you as you create an amazing Science Fair Project Display and Presentation. I have years of experience helping students with their Science Fair Projects. The key is to have a plan and keep to it. If you have a Science Fair Project due in a few months, I can help you. If you haven't started your project and it is due in a few days, I won't be able to help. If you are stuck on one part of your project, I can help. If you have no idea how to start, I can help. If you have never done a Science Fair project, I can help get you started, and I can follow you through to completion. Every session is customized to your needs. I teach classes with many interactive elements - discussions, models, drawings, animations, and videos. Students need to be able to interact with me during the sessions in order to get the most out of the tutoring. Tutoring is offered in a one-time session lasting 30 minutes per session. Additional sessions can be scheduled to accommodate the student's needs. Ongoing tutoring sessions are also available. Please contact Annette the Teacher for days and times. If you do not see a day/date/time that fits your schedule, please send a schedule request. I will do my best to meet your needs. Once you have scheduled your tutoring session, I will ask you for the following information: - Grade - Project details (due dates, scope, etc.) - Science Subject (Biology, Anatomy, Chemistry, etc.) - Learning details - Please provide any details about your student (Learning styles, strengths, etc.) Please submit the information above at least 48 hours prior to your tutoring session so a detailed plan can be made to optimize your tutoring time. Note: Our first session will be a "Get-to-Know-You" session unless this is a one-time homework help session (see below). I will use this time to get to know your student, their needs, and especially their interests. I will use this information going forward to tailor future tutoring sessions to your student. If this is a one-time homework help session, the homework the student needs help with MUST be provided at least 48 hours prior to the session, and I must be told this is a one-time homework help session. Please note: I will NOT provide answers to homework problems as this is forbidden in the Professional Tutors Code of Ethics. I will teach your student how to solve a problem. I will provide background information, teach your student, and fill in the gaps your student needs to complete their homework assignment. I will review completed assignments and assist your student in areas of weakness. We may not have the time to get to every problem on a homework sheet in our 30-minute session. I am an experienced science teacher. I can provide tutoring for all grades and ages at a grade-appropriate level in a friendly, accommodating environment.
