She has a B.A. in Sociology with minors in Biology, Chemistry, and Writing from the University of Pittsburgh. She has homeschooled her own children from Pre-School through (their current) High School. All of her classes are interactive. Annette encourages students to fully participate in class. Annette is a published writer, publisher, and artist. She uses her extensive knowledge and experience to create unique classes for every student. She enjoys teaching science, history, art, and cooking classes. She brings history alive with her "Big History ..." classes where students learn about key times in history and complete hands-on projects. "Paint like ... Famous Artists" art classes where students will learn about famous artists and create their own artwork based on the artists' works.
