Assignments
1 hour per week. In Week 10, students will demonstrate their writing skills by completing a short story that incorporates the concepts we've covered throughout the course. This final project will allow students to showcase their understanding of grammar, sentence structure, descriptive language, dialogue, sequencing, and vocabulary. Students will write a creative story that combines these elements, putting their knowledge into practice in a cohesive and imaginative way. I will grade each story based on criteria such as creativity, grammar accuracy, sentence structure, use of descriptive language, and the inclusion of dialogue and transition words. Any unfinished work from class can be submitted within a week of our class to be edited and reviewed by me.
