*Hi everyone. I'm Robyn Parets, founder of Pretzel Kids yoga! I'm also a mom to 3 boys and a yoga/meditation teacher for almost 20 years. Pretzel Kids yoga is one of the fastest-growing youth yoga and mindfulness brands in America. I'm thrilled to bring this important practice to your kids as mindfulness has been proven to help tweens/teens sleep better and reduce anxiety and stress. In addition to my training and background in yoga & meditation, I'm trained in Mindfuness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from UMass (the program started by Jon Kabat-Zinn). The Pretzel Kids yoga & mindfulness curriculum was developed by yoga & school teachers and is now in place in schools, gyms, recreation centers, camps and more.
