Description
Class Experience
Students will manipulate sounds with rhyming words through blending, deletion and substitution. Students will learn to read, spell, and write new words with the use of a word family.
I have been teaching students reading skills for over 21 years! I love helping students with the process of reading in fun and interactive ways!
Students are welcome to add to their list as they encounter new words that follow the word family pattern.
1 file available upon enrollmentI am providing a worksheet for you to print off. This will be completed in class together.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will be assessed with observation throughout the class, and the teacher will adjust the lesson and learning as needed.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
