Students should prepare an item to bring to class that relates to each week's topic. Please help your child prepare 3 clues about each item before class.Class Experience
In this on-going class, students will have the opportunity to practice social skills with their peers and teacher in a small-group setting. Children will work on introducing themselves, taking turns, raising their hands, speaking in a small group, listening to others, and asking their peers questions. Children will be gently guided by practicing these skills each class in a fun way. Children will bring a show and tell object from home that relates to the topic for that week. Children should prepare 2-3 clues about what they brought to class, which they will share in class. Students will then have the opportunity to ask each other questions about what they brought and discuss/share their items to the group. There will be time each class for children to ask questions and talk.
