Class Experience
This ongoing alphabet class will be perfect for young learners with a short attention span. In each fun and interactive letter lesson the students will be introduced to and learn to identify the upper and lower case letters of the alphabet. Each class will feature one letter at a time. They will practice the pre-writing motor skills, and letter formation related to the letters and practice writing them. They will learn the sounds of the letters and how they are used in simple words and...
Students will be able to identify the letters and sounds of the featured letters of the alphabet. They will have opportunity to practice the motor skills involved in tracing and writing the letters.
Students can continue to practice the letters by sight, sound and writing at home.
1 file available upon enrollmentStudents will be provided with printouts before class to aid in practicing letter formation. Please bring these printouts to class along with writing tools such as crayons etc. (they will be writing and coloring). They may also bring an item that begins with the featured letter to share with the class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
