Class Experience

Students will work on social skills, such as speaking, taking turns, raising hands, asking questions, and listening to one another.
I have been teaching for many years (in the classroom and online) and have 3 young children of my own at home that I currently home-school.
Students should prepare an item to bring to class that relates to each week's topic. Please help your child prepare 3 clues about each item before class.
*crayons/markers and white paper if there is extra time* Please bring along one item each week that fits with the category: (you can bring the item or draw a picture of it.) *Next session-starting January 21: Class 1-Favorite Food-week of: January 21 Class 2-Favorite Toy-week of: January 28 *We will NOT meet on Feb. 4! Students who remain enrolled in class will NOT be charged for this week.* Class 3-Favorite Color-February 11-Students can bring along 3 items that are their favorite color! Class 4-Favorite Movie-February 18 Class 5-Favorite Sport to play or watch-February 25 Class 6-Favorite Pet or Animal -March 4 (*Students may bring along a pet in this class. Parent supervision is appreciated as needed!) Class 7-Favorite Hobby -March 11 Class 8-Favorite Character from a movie/tv show (children can bring along a costume or dress-up if they'd like)-March 18 *If children don't have their favorite item at home, they can draw a picture of it and bring the picture to class.*
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parent supervision is appreciated to prepare the item for each week, along with the clues to bring to class.
