As a home educator, I enjoyed teaching Early Childhood development. I researched Frederick Frobel, the history of kindergarten, Frank Lloyd Wright, and various curriculum. I had the opportunity visit several interactive exhibits and volunteered for an after school zoological program. Teaching science, math, reading, culture, and writing through play, exploration, and imagination is my passion. I discovered that empowerment, fine motors, cognitive, social, communicative, physical, and sensory skills are developed through kinesthetic-tactile learning.
Homework is optional. Students are encouraged to play three times a week outside of class. It will enhance their skills.
A supply list will be given before each class.
Parents have an opportunity to observe student responses and progress.
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Kinesthetic-Tactile Learning requires adult supervision and preparation.
