Learners are provided with a 2-4 page weekly supplement packets after each class as well as at-home extension activities or a weekly Kahoot, that reinforces what was covered in class. Learners are able to complete these supplemental tasks, if they would like to, at their leisure.
Learners will need something to complete a writing task daily (paper and writing utensil, dry erase board and marker, etc.) Learners will also need two index cards each week for our letter and sight word of the week. If any craft supplies or worksheets are needed, parents will be notified a week ahead of class in preparation.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parental guidance may be needed to assist learners with muting or unmuting themselves, and possibly completing hands-on tasks. Learners may also be assigned a Kahoot game as a part of their supplemental weekly work. No account is required to access Kahoot.
