This is an ongoing class so students can join in any time! Students will learn, grow and have fun through a play-based learning approach. During class, students will improve their friendly skills, practice taking turns and answering questions and other "calendar and circle time" types of skills.  We will review (**or give an introduction to, depending on learners' knowledge) letters, numbers 1-10, practice shapes, colors, spelling their name, story, song with finger plays and more. Many kids LOVE show and tell so at the end of each class, I will have a short time each child can show an item, your child doesn't have to participate in show and tell if they aren't comfortable. And most of all, have lots of fun!!!

5 Week ONGOING Schedule: 
Each class we will briefly practice some letters and numbers well as calendar/circle time activities and their names but in this 5 week section we will focus on these below: 
Week 1: Colors, Days of the Week
Week 2: Shapes, Seasons 
Week 3: Creative story-telling, Review previous week's focuses 
Week 4: Counting, Rhyming 
Week 5: Review, Emotions (example: sad, happy, etc)

**Learners do not need any prior skills as we will all learn and grow together. Once in the classroom the welcome post will have some information needed for class and printables we will use in class. 

Expectations: 
At the beginning of each class, I review my expectations with the learners, which are: to be quiet when others are talking, we will take turns (and raise hands), be kind to everyone and have lots of fun. I love interacting with learners so I try to not use the mute option a whole lot. Sometime there are distractions like a dog barking, loud background noise, etc and I will mute individuals, otherwise I'll not use the mute. Parents, feel free to use the mute per your discretion. Lastly, your learner must be present and on video to remain in my class. 

Siblings:
Having 4 children myself, I love pairing my kids together when possible. Each learner a8must* enrolled per Outschool's policy. Siblings can share a screen or have their own if you multiple device options during class. I do offer a 15% sibling discount, just message me to let me know you enrolled siblings and I will gave you a 15% refund on the second learner enrolled.
