Description

Class Experience

Are you eager to give your preschooler a head-start in a foreign language? Do they enjoy stuffed animals and playing pretend? Come and join me in this immersive play-time experience! In this class, we will make up a creative story with our stuffed animals! Each day, our stuffed animals will play and have fun while we learn related French words.

Day 1 - English
We'll start by introducing our animals, and I will guide students to create a story for them to act out! In this first class, I will...

I have been learning French for 6 years now, from French 1 - French 5. I am conversationally fluent and a B1/B2 level (about in between the two at the moment). I've been tutoring French since May when the French immersion school near us closed for quarantine and I've really enjoyed it. 

I took the French CLEP test a few years ago and got maybe 5 points away from a perfect score while testing out of and getting credit for all the French classes at my local community college.

I've been working with young kids for almost 10 years, including my 5 younger siblings, several families I've babysat for, and interning at my local dance studio.

Stuffed animals (2-3)

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Parents may need to help children with muting/unmuting
