Description
Class Experience
A hand-out will be provided when you enroll in the class. There will be some printables so a printer will be necessary if you choose to do those crafts. When I designed the class I attempted to choose crafts/experiments that use things you would already likely have in your house. For most of the things that you may not have you hopefully can find them at the Dollar Tree or another inexpensive place :)
2 files available upon enrollmentThe supplies needed for this class are things you will likely have around your house (finger paint, construction paper, glue, crayons, etc). You will receive a detailed supply list broken down by week once you enroll in the class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Due to the targeted age group of this class, there is quite a bit of parental involvement. Assistance will be needed to prep the materials for the crafts/experiments you choose to participate in. There may also be specific craft activities/science activities that your child will need your assistance to complete. Your child will also need assistance with uploading pictures/videos to the classroom or teacher for sharing (if you choose to do so). Parents will need to do cutting of certain items if it is not developmentally appropriate for their child to do so. Your participation and your child's participation in the activities and experiments in this lesson are to be done at your own risk and liability. Since we cannot be together in person I cannot be there to govern or have veto power over how something is or is not done.
