Description

Class Experience

In this fun, engaging and interactive storytime, we will read the story The Night Easter by Natasha Wing.  Prior to reading our story, we will talk about the letter E and the color yellow.   As we read our story, students will practice their listening and reading comprehension skills and be encouraged to interact with the teacher and each other by participating in a discussion throughout the story.  After the conclusion of the story, we will sing a couple songs and complete a holiday...

Students will learn prereading skills, the color yellow, the letter E, enhance fine motor skills and demonstrate their creativity.

There is no homework for this class.

Students will need to print materials provided by the teacher for the craft prior to class.  Students will also need paper, scissors, glue stick, markers/crayons, and a pencil.

There is no formal assessment for this class.

25 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.

Students will be using scissors and glue durng the craft activity.  Please monitor your child's safety during this part of the class.
