US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
In this ongoing class, I will gently guide learners as they practice letter recognition/sounds, identifying numbers/counting and learning different shapes/colors. Class will begin with a welcome song and introductions. We will sing songs, move our bodies and listen to stories that tie into our learning goals. The learing goals include: Letter recognition, letter sounds, number identification, counting, colors, shapes, social/emotional development, listening skills, speaking/sharing in front of others, confidence building and turn taking. We will use weekly themes to help us meet the learning goals.
I have been in education for over 20 years. I am currently teaching in-person kindergarten during the summer.
