Students will be taught how to make energy bites. We will practice measuring, mixing and forming the bites into balls. Students will be encouraged to make the energy balls themselves. I will also be making them as we go so we can work through any problems they may have together. I love hands on learning and cooking together is the perfect opportunity for us to learn about life skills and math together! There is no experience required for this class but they will need to have ingredients and equipment in order to eat their final product.
