Class Experience
Join me for a fun-filled Preschool Circle Time class that is packed with enjoyable learning opportunities for 3-5 year olds. This class will run for twice a week for 16 weeks. Our classes will focus on a variety of interesting and educational themes, such as opposites, transportation, water, seasons, and animals. Learners will grow in their knowledge and understanding of basic preschool concepts such as colors, numbers, shapes, letters, months of the year and days of the week.
I am a trained and experienced Early Childhood Educator, and I have a BA in Child & Youth Care. I have worked in a variety of early educational contexts, including daycare, preschool, and kindergarten.
Learners will be given a printable calendar every month, and are invited to use it to follow along with counting and days of the week. I will also provide a worksheet (posted in the classroom a few days before class). Learners should have markers or crayons for coloring. Some worksheets may require cutting and gluing. Parents, please assist your learner when using scissors and glue.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
