Class Experience
Christmas is right around the corner and what better way to get into the Christmas mood then with a story, songs and a scavenger hunt through the North Pole to find Santa Claus. In this onetime class we will be enjoying one of my favourite Christmas books called The Gingerbread Pirates by Kristin Kladstrup. (If you need something to keep your learners hands busy while we read there will be a book themed colouring page they can do) After we read we will sing a song or two. After our song time...
This is a fun and excited class. We will do our best to leave with a little more Christmas spirit in out hearts. We will also have fun working on out listening skills and our colour recognition as well as problem solving skills.
I am a trained Early Childhood Educator Assistant and have been leading circle times for over 10 years. I love watching children grow in their confidence as they get involved and start learning through the circle time style classes. I run my own home based preschool program while raising my 3 kiddos. As an Outschool teacher I strive to Connect, encourage and inspire every learner I come across.
