In this flex class, young cheerleaders will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, including motions, tumbling, and jumps in a fun, upbeat, and no-pressure atmosphere.

Class experience

Young cheerleaders will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading needed to progress within the sport, while building confidence and having fun!
As a prior college cheerleader, gymnast for 9 years, gymnastics coach for 10 years, and a certified personal trainer, I love sharing my passion for health, fitness, cheerleading, and gymnastics with all my students!
Students should wear moveable athletic-wear in order to fully engage in each activity. 

They should also have a safe space to practice cheerleading, free of any obstacles.

A cheerleading mat, yoga mat, rug, or soft surface should be available for performing tumbling skills. 

A water bottle is also advised.
While skills in this class are for beginners, parental guidance is necessary, as any sort of physical activity can be dangerous, and could potentially result in injury.
