In this semester Pre-K class, we will strengthen pre writing skills by using scissors, glue, painting & coloring to create animals for every letter of the alphabet. We'll learn phonics and vocabulary through singing, dance and play-doh too!

Class Layout: What is the Letter & sound for today? (Song/Vocabulary) I can make the Letter __. (play-doh) Let's create our letter animal! (scissors, paint/crayons, glue) FALL SCHEDULE: 2x/WK Learning to use scissors can be daunting sometimes, let's make using scissors fun and practical while we work on fine-motor skills. In this 13-week (2x/wk) course, students will get to work on their fine-motor skills by cutting shapes to create animals for every letter of the alphabet. Each class will also include singing, phonics & foundational math vocabulary, including shapes & positional words. We will incorporate foundational math vocabulary as we complete each letter. Every class will be interactive through singing, and students will also interact with Teacher Krystle & their classmates by speaking and answering questions in class discussion and through free-talk.
